The ingredients in MARNYS SPORTS 7V Energy Shot provide the following properties:
Natural caffeine: the caffeine contained in 7V Energy Shot is completely natural. The vials contain 200mg in accordance with EFSA 2011, which states that doses above 75mg increase alertness and attention.
Caffeine causes alertness and wakefulness that affect the states of attention and body coordination. Ancient peoples discovered that chewing coffee beans or tea leaves had the effect of relieving fatigue, stimulating alertness and raising mood.
Stimulating complex: it is a combination of Korean Ginseng and Theobromine in a 300mg concentration.
Ginseng improves concentration and mental coordination, increasing physical performance (EFSA ON HOLD 2809, 2808,2672). Ginseng guarantees a ginsenoside content of 10% expressed as Rg1. Korean Ginseng (Panax ginseng) has been traditionally used by eastern herbology, particularly in Korea, China and Japan to revitalise body and mind in terms of physical strength and vigour.
Theobromine is a xanthine extracted from the fruit of the Cocoa tree and is a precursor of caffeine. Chocolate contains dissimilar amounts of Theobromine depending on its purity, being higher in dark chocolate.
Biotin and Niacin contribute to normal function of the nervous system, while vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance and to normal production of some neurotransmitters (EFSA).
Biotin (B7), Niacin (B3) and Pantothenic Acid (B5) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism (EFSA).
Niacin, vitamin B5 and Magnesium contribute to reduction of tiredness and fatigue (EFSA).
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, psychological function and to electrolyte balance (EFSA).
Taurine is an amino acid that can be obtained from dietary sources or produced by the body through the amino acids methionine and cysteine. It is produced in the liver and is highly concentrated in muscles and immune system cells.

It contains 60 g proteins, 23 g carbohydrates and hydrolysed collagen that, along with BETAFOR3MAX ̍s unique formula, promote muscle power and capacity.

The synergistic combination of the ingredients in MARNYS SPORTS RX Muscle FORCE provides the following properties:
Carbohydrates from 3 sources: rice, fructose and isomaltulose, which are primary sources of energy to keep our muscle mass in good shape. These carbohydrates are differentiated by their fast (rice) and slow (fructose and isomaltulose) absorption capacity which, in combination, achieve an optimisation of carbohydrate oxidation and, therefore, of the energy produced. The carbohydrates in the formulation of RX Muscle FORCE along with the minerals contribute to the maintenance of endurance during prolonged exercise (EFSA).
The proteins come from soya, peas, egg white and dairy products (casein, caseinate and whey). They provide 35g proteins per serving and contribute to muscle mass growth and normal bone maintenance (EFSA).
Type I hydrolysed collagen is a fibrous protein whose properties control the arramgement, assembly, integrity and mechanical properties of bones, cartilages, tendons and joints.
RX Muscle Force includes BETAFOR3MAX , an exclusive formula by MARNYS with controlled-release ?-alanine that minimises the paraesthetic effects of ?-alanine when supplied as a shot, since our body gradually, and in a controlled way, releases ?-alanine into the bloodstream. ?-alanine is a non-essential amino acid involved in muscle contractility, the activity of calcium in muscle fibres and pH balance.
Creatine improves physical performance in successive sets of short-term, high intensity bouts (EFSA). The reatine monohydrate in RX Muscle Force has been the most widely studied and its formulation has proven to be very helpful in short-term exercise, weight lifting, high intensity exercise and in cycling, among others.
Potassium contributes to normal function of the nervous system and muscles, as well as to maintenance of blood pressure under normal levels (EFSA).
